KRP Development Group is a privately held corporation established in 1998 by Kanata Research Park Corporation. We figured the only way to build buildings suitable for our customers’ needs was to build them ourselves.

With the introduction of the Marshes Village and Parkdale Market Lofts we then carefully assembled a dedicated and experienced team of professionals, in every area of development, property management and commercial construction. KRP Development Group is dedicated to flexibility, professionalism and creative development. Located in the award-winning Blackwood Business Centre, our office provides the occupants of our buildings with the same first class property management and tenant care we would want from a proprietor.
